1. Definitions and Interpretation

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. jili52 may request additional documentation at its discretion to satisfy regulatory requirements or investigate suspicious activity.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

Upon account creation, you are required to establish a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not disclose your password to any third party, and you must notify jili52 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jili52 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain password security.

4.5 Withdrawal Verification and Security

jili52 employs strict security measures to prevent fraud and unauthorized withdrawals. All withdrawal requests are subject to internal review. We may request additional documentation or information to verify ownership of the account and payment method before processing withdrawals. In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, withdrawals may be delayed or refused pending investigation.

4.6 Wagering Requirements for Deposits

For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

You use jili52 services at your own risk.

9.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jili52, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of jili52 services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business. Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

By using jili52 services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. jili52 employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. 14. Amendments to Terms

jili52 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of jili52 services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 15. General Provisions
